Membership FAQs
When does billing start?
Memberships only begin billing once the pathways included in your tier are live. Founding Members are notified at every stage.
What is the Founder membership term?
Founder Membership has a two-year minimum term and a two-year price lock at £240/month. The first 50 Founding Members who pay six months upfront receive an additional 10% discount.
What happens to unused sessions?
Monthly allowances expire at the end of each membership month and do not roll over. All session credits are personal to the registered member and have no cash value.
Can I change or cancel my membership?
Yes, memberships can be paused, upgraded, downgraded or cancelled in line with our membership terms once live. Founder memberships are subject to their two-year minimum term.
Do product discounts stack with session allowances?
Memberships remain the best recurring value. Bulk session discounts do not stack with membership allowances unless specifically approved. Product and supplement discounts apply as listed per tier.
